I purchased numerous products from Macanta firstly I saw that they were a Galway Company and I am a Galwegian, support local. All their products were very effective even after a few weeks. Vitamin D, B, Zinc, C, and the one I was very impressed with was L-Theanine & L-Ornithine Complex as not a great sleeper and now after taken before going to bed I was relaxed and had a very good night's sleep. I strongly would recommend these products I do research and have tried numerous ones over the years.
